Welcome to The Things That I See Photography. By booking a session, purchasing any services, or accessing our website (thethingsthatisee.com), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
The Things That I See Photography offers professional photography services including, but not limited to, weddings, engagements, senior portraits, family sessions, and event photography. Specific services and packages are detailed on our website.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking: To book a session, clients must provide accurate information and agree to the session details as outlined in the booking confirmation.
- Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session to reschedule without an additional fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees if requested less than 48 hours before the session.
4. Deliverables
- Images: Clients will receive high-resolution digital images via a secure online gallery. The number of images and delivery timeframe will be specified in the service agreement.
- Editing: All delivered images will be professionally edited. Additional editing requests may incur extra charges.
5. Usage Rights
- Client Rights: Clients have the right to print and share the delivered images for personal use. Clients may not sell or license the images to third parties without written permission from The Things That I See Photography.
- Photographer Rights: The Things That I See Photography retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website galleries, social media, and advertising. Clients may opt-out of this clause in writing before the session.
6. Liability
- The Things That I See Photography will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients. However, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the session.
- In the unlikely event of equipment failure, photographer illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments received or a rescheduled session.
7. Privacy Policy
- The Things That I See Photography is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
The Things That I See Photography reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
